COVID-19 - Important Notice for our customers

Dear customers, 

We are pleased to hear the Stage 4 restrictions are easing in in Victoria and operations are going back to normal. 

Since we are geared for online sales, our business and order process was not affected greatly. However we now welcome store pickups by appointment. 

Our warehouse is operating as usual and orders are leaving on time. 

We hope to hear from you soon and wishing everyone stay safe!

Dear customers,

The Stage 4 restrictions have started in Victoria, and we would like to inform all our customers that it's still business as usual at Car Shine! Since we operate online and do not have a shop front, we can safely continue to run our business in Stage 4 restrictions.

Local pickup is no longer available, and all orders are being dispatched to our customers. As before we are very strict with our safety protocols and COVID Safe Plan. Some of our staff are working from home, and the warehouse is as always run extremely lean and efficient.

You can rest assured we are as COVID safe as can be and all our products leave the warehouse spotless.

Dear customers,

These are troubling times, and with the unfolding situation around the COVID-19 virus, we are taking extra precautions in our office and warehouse to minimise any points of infection.

Having restructured our business for online ordering (without a shopfront) two years ago, we can keep operating with minimal risk to staff and customers.

However, we are not taking this situation lightly. We have implemented measures to ensure all our staff are practising extra levels of sanitisation around the office, warehouse and when packaging our orders.

Our operating hours have not changed, and we are still taking orders as usual.

There may be some delays around getting orders dispatched as the unfolding situation affects transport and couriers companies.
You can rest assured our products and orders are packaged appropriately and leave our warehouse spotless.

We will follow the news carefully and follow government advice if anything changes, we will update you on this page and through our social media channels.
