SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
1) Only Australia Post can ship to PO BOX, TNT cannot ship to a PO BOX address.
2) TNT Road Express delivers to business/commercial addresses ONLY.
Please DO NOT choose TNT if your shipping address is residential.
3) The shipping address you provide above must be attended and the
package must be signed for. You will be charged an $18 fee if the item cannot be delivered on the first attempt.
4) Insurance is available with TNT & Australia Post, and is calculated
on the total cost of your items.
We are not responsible for goods once dispatched.
NOTE: Deliveries are ONLY made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
NOTE: All goods will be checked before despatch and we do not accept
responsibility for goods damaged in transit, please choose insurance during
checkout or ask for insurance when making your order with our sales staff.
Freight Costs:
Freight charges vary per order based on delivery location and the size
of the goods ordered.
We have an electronic system to calculate freight costs by postcode from
our showroom.

Our appointment of these carriers gives us the greatest level of flexibility with regards to nation wide coverage
and ensures our freight charges are highly competitive and completely traceable.

We recommend choosing insurance as we are not responsible for uninsured
goods once dispatched.
AUSTRALIA POST
Australia Post shipping is available for most items, this option will be made available during checkout.
Australia Post orders are dispatched on Thursday morning each week. Orders made Wednesday night
or later will be held for dispatch until the following Thursday, in some cases late Wednesday orders may leave on the following Thursday.
If you require prompt delivery please choose TNT & send to business address.
We offer insurance as an option with Australia Post, this is calculated
on your orders total price.

Delivery Times:

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched,
and we ask that you only contact us with any delivery enquiries after this time has expired.
Australia Post:
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched,
and we ask that you only contact us with any delivery enquiries after this time has expired.
Goods will be delivered too the address specified by the purchaser
between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
If delivery address is business address, please include business /
company name.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre order items can usually be dispatched within 3 weeks from payment
date,
however this is the maximum time to dispatch and often your order can be
dispatched earlier.
Delivery Terms:
There will only be 1 delivery attempt.
A handling charge of $18 will be payable by the purchaser if the carrier
is unable to deliver on
the first attempt, even if the purchaser picks the item up from the
storage depot.
By purchasing goods from us you accept to pay a handling fee if delivery
cannot be made on the first attempt.
Shipping Insurance Claims:
Car Shine Pty Ltd. is not responsible for any damage incurred in
delivery from our warehouse by common carriers or delivery company.
Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Accordingly all
claims for damage must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier.
In case of damage, retain all cartons, packaging materials and damaged
merchandise for the carrier to inspect.
Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to
make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so.
If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the
damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packaging) on the
freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.
All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be
denied by the transit freight company.
All shipping insurance claims need to be filled within 24 hours of
receiving the goods.
Please take a photo of the damaged items and the packaging for claim
processing with the freight carrier.
No claims will be accepted past the 24 hour grace period or if the item
has been fitted/used or damaged during fitting.
Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item, if unsure please ask our sale staff, as the following conditions apply:

No stock can be returned after 7 days;

Returned stock must be original condition and packaging;

Damaged or fitted stock will not be credited;

Stock returned will incur a 20% Handling and restocking
fee;

Shipping charge is non-refundable, freight costs to be paid both ways by the purchaser.
